Intro to Guide

Welcome to Zinsli​

Zinsli is the independent marketplace for rental deposit solutions. It is our goal to make all processes around the rental deposits quicker and less frustrating for everyone, while at the same time enabling the tenant to place their deposit into a product of their choice.

We offer a fully functional platform for any real estate manager and tenant to use, without any changes at https://app.zinsli.com

For real estate managers we also offer an API, through which any of the functions available in our own UI can be integrated into existing systems to ensure a smooth workflow without having to switch systems.

There are multiple options for collateral product providers to integrate their products on the Zinsli Marketplace. Please contact hey@zinsli.com to discuss which option fits best for you.

How to use this guide​

There are three main sections to the Guide:

  • Getting Started gives you an overview of the guide, Zinsli and the Marketplace
  • Processes gives you a description of the various processes and a bit of background
  • Dev is the place to get all the information developers from the real estate manager or the product provider to integrate Zinsli functions into their systems via API.
