Overview of Processes

The 'Processes' section provides general descriptions of the various process on the Zinsli platform. They are explained with the help of screenshots from the platform form the user role's point of view. Once you have created your account, choose your role in order to get the most helpful documentation for you:

  • Tenant : You are renting an apartment or other unit and have likely received an invitation from your landlord to manage your rental deposit via Zinsli. Let us show you how easy it is! Go to Tenant Instructions

  • Manager : You are managing rental units and want to manage rental deposits via Zinsli. We'll show you how to set up the products, rental deposits and invite your tenants. Go to Manager Instructions

  • Product Provider : You are a financial institution or an insurance company which would like to list your product on the marketplace. we'll show you how to get started here
