Close a Deposit
Perquisite: The rental lease is terminated.
- The landlord starts the process. You will get an email informing you of the closure request. Click on the link in the email or open the deposit on the Zinsli platform.
- Review the details. Is everything correct?

- If you agree with the payout details, tick the box next to “I accept” and click on the “confirm” button. Continue with step 6.
- If you do not agree with the payout details, click on "Something is wrong". Please provide details on what you do not agree with. This message will be sent to the landlord.

- The landlord is automatically informed. They will review the closure details, adjust them and send the request again. You’ll get another email.
- Review the new information. If you now confirm the details, check the box and click on the “continue” button.

- On the next screen, enter your payment IBAN and confirm.

- The payment will be processed and the money should be in your account in the next few days.
